I’m a seasoned product leader with over 30 years experience in software engineering and driving product strategy, growth, and innovation — the kind of person companies bring in when they’re ready to level up from “idea” to “impact.” My sweet spot is helping start-ups and scale-ups define where they’re going next, sharpen their product strategy, and build the structures and momentum to get there fast.
I’ve built and led products from zero to market adoption, scaled SaaS platforms used by tens of thousands of customers, and guided teams through the chaos of growth to deliver real commercial results. My background spans the full journey — from leading engineering teams to defining product vision and building high-performing organisations. That blend of strategic leadership and deep technical understanding means I can operate at board level and in the weeds — and know exactly when to be in each.
